Something looks wrong? Tell us what looks wrong

Builds a launch checklist from the platforms' own rules for Product Hunt, Hacker News (Show HN), BetaList and LinkedIn. You choose the channels, tick off each item, and copy or export the list with the source and check date of every item. For founders preparing a first launch.

How to use it

The checklist is built from a dataset that Reavlo checks against each platform's own pages twice a year. Your progress stays in your browser and is never sent anywhere.

  1. Choose the channels you plan to launch on.
  2. Read each item and open its source to see the platform's own wording.
  3. Tick an item when it is done; your progress is saved in this browser only.
  4. Copy the checklist or download it as CSV, with the source and check date of every item.

How Reavlo tests this

This tool groups items by channel. It computes no score and gives no advice about when to launch.

  1. Items. An item enters the dataset only when it rests on a sentence from the platform's own page, kept word for word with the item. Reddit is not included because its rules could not be read from an official page.
  2. Rule or recommendation. An item is marked "Stated as a rule" when the platform words it as a requirement or restriction, and "Recommended" when the platform words it as advice.
  3. Order. Channels follow the order you chose them in; items keep the order of the dataset.
  4. Freshness. Every item carries its source and the date it was checked. The dataset is reviewed twice a year.

Limits. Platforms change their rules and some enforce more than they publish, so read the source before you submit. The checklist covers the platforms' stated rules, not what makes a launch succeed.

Questions

Where do the items come from?

Each item rests on a sentence from the platform's own page. The page and the date it was checked are shown on every item.

Is my progress sent anywhere?

No. It is saved in your browser only, and you can clear it at any time. A share link carries your chosen channels, never your progress.

Why is there no best time to launch?

Launch timing needs dated, sourced studies, and none have been collected yet. This checklist gives no timing advice.
