Pick a review and a tone

Choose the kind of review, add the details you have, or load an example to see a reply.

Drafts a reply to a customer review from the kind of review (praise, mixed, negative, a bug, price or service) and the tone you choose, and shows which details you still need to add. For owners and support teams who want to answer every review without starting from a blank page.

How to use it

  1. Choose the kind of review you are answering and the tone you want.
  2. Add the reviewer's name, what the review was about, how to reach you and who signs the reply.
  3. Read the draft and change anything that isn't true for you. The checks beside it show what is still missing.
  4. Copy the reply and post it on the review site, or share the link to send your choices to a colleague.

How Reavlo tests this

The reply is composed in your browser from fixed templates. There is no language model: the same choices always give the same draft.

Templates. A reply has up to five parts: a greeting, an opening, a sentence about the issue, an offer to continue in private, and a closing. For each part the engine picks the template that matches the kind of review and the tone, and uses the more specific version when you filled in the detail it needs. The wording of every template follows the Reavlo voice and lives with the page text, not in the engine.

Private contact. For a review where something went wrong (negative, a bug, price or service) the reply offers a way to continue outside the review page. For praise and mixed reviews it doesn't.

Checks. What the review was about and how to reach you (on reviews where something went wrong) are warnings: without them the reply is generic. The reviewer's name and the sign-off are notes.

Limits. The tool writes the shape of a reply, not the facts. It cannot know whether a bug is fixed, whether a refund is possible or what a platform allows in a reply. Check the draft against the review and the rules of the site before you post.

Questions

Is what I type uploaded?

No. The reply is composed in your browser and nothing you enter is sent to a server or stored. A share link carries your choices in the address fragment, which browsers don't send to servers.

Does it use AI to write the reply?

No. Each part is a fixed template filled with your own words, so the same choices give the same reply. You can see exactly what will be posted before you copy it.

Should I answer every review?

Answering shows readers that someone is paying attention. A short, specific reply to a negative review is read by far more people than the reviewer. Take the time to check the facts first.

Why does it ask me to take the conversation private?

A public thread about a problem can grow long, and details such as an order number don't belong on a review page. Offering an email address or a page lets you solve it without that.

Can I use the reply on any review site?

The drafts are plain text, so they fit most review pages. Each site has its own rules and length limits for replies, so check them before you post.
